1. Scope of Application

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded between PEB-ex and its clients in the context of its EPB certification services in Brussels.

2. Orders

All orders must be placed in writing via our website or by any other official means of communication. The information provided by the customer must be complete and accurate.

3. Price and Payment

The prices of our PEB certification services are indicated in euros. PEB-ex is subject to the special VAT exemption scheme for small businesses. Payment must be made within the agreed deadlines at the time of the order, unless otherwise stated. Any delay in payment may result in additional fees and late interest.

4. Service Provision

We are committed to providing our EPB certification services with diligence and professionalism. The completion timelines will be communicated to the client at the time of order and will be respected as much as possible.

5. Responsibility

We disclaim any liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our EPB certification services, except in cases of intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence on our part.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legislation, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to cancel their order, unless the services have already been fully performed at their express request.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the client in the context of our EPB certification services, in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to resolve the disagreement amicably. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Brussels will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

9. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The changes will be communicated to the client and will take effect as soon as they are published on our website.

These general terms and conditions of sale come into effect as of 05/01/2024.
